Institutional Focal Point of PASP PALOP-TL to Angola
 
The National Institute for the Development of the Information Society (http://www.cnti.gov.ao), shortly known as "INFOSI", is a public institute of the economic or productive sector created to operationalize the State's Private Network and initiatives for Technological modernization in the Central and Local Administration of the State. In the provision of information technology services, guaranteeing the organization, administration, management, operation and maintenance of the infrastructures of the systems of information technologies and administrative telecommunications, whose action is transversal to the most of sectors of national life.
INFOSI's mission is to develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate the information technology, e-governance, interoperability and technological modernization programs and projects of the Central and Local State Administration and ensure the organization, administration, management, operation and maintenance Of the infrastructure of the Administrative Telecommunications Network, ensuring the execution and distribution of the public services of information technologies and administrative telecommunications defined by the Executive.
 
National Project:

The Angolan National Project consists in the implementation of two movable centers of digital inclusion, called "WALKING WITH ICT" to provide free public access to Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in socially disadvantaged areas and in practical training sessions of ICT.
The main objective of this National Project is the promotion of ICT with the e-inclusion of the members of the benefiated communities to the possibilities that the IT offers. It was designed to reach even the most remote areas and operate on a rotating system in order to serve as many schools and communities as possible, using solar energy and the low power consumption of computers in the classrooms, to reduce costs.
The idea of the mobile classroom has emerged to find a way of reaching a larger audience and make computers accessible to the most part of the country
